Late Shows: Our drivers will give you a call upon arrival and wait for 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time. If you're over 15 minutes late, give us a call right away so that we can schedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.
* Wait time rate: For round trips with drop-off locations over 25 miles from our office location that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $25.00 per hour billed in 15-minute increments applies.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 20 miles from our office location, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile for each mile over 20 applies.
*** Wheelchair users: For oversize wheelchairs, base and mileage rates are: $40.00 base each with $2.25 per mile.
